$2,500 an 8-week individualized treatment program
- Initial Evaluation- 60 minutes (one time)
- Physical therapy sessions- 30 minutes two times per week (16 sessions in total)
- Massage sessions 60 minutes- one time every other week (4 sessions in total)
- Wellness Coaching- 60 minutes one time every other week (4 sessions)
- Client program evaluation- 60 minutes (one time)
Premium Package:
$5,000 an 8-week individualized treatment program

- Physical therapy sessions- 60 minutes two times per week (16 sessions total)

Services in-network for blue-cross blue shield and physical therapy may be covered by insurance. We will deduct from the package price the insured amount. Client will be responsible for the remaining balance at time of package purchase.
