The 60-minute assessment will involve a comprehensive discussion about your health, injuries, cancer history, current well-being, and any other issues that are important to you. We will assess your strength, mobility, balance, and other physical measures. Once your goals are established, we will schedule the entire 8-week program, with flexibility in scheduling if needed.
The combination of physical therapy, wellness coaching, and massage provides a total body approach to recovery. The 8-week session allows for a significant positive impact on your life within a suitable timeframe. If your needs extend beyond 8 weeks, you have the option to sign up for multiple sessions or a 4-week follow-up program for continued strengthening with fewer hands-on treatments from PT.
